Terms of Use
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Noonish is made by Numb LLC. By using the Noonish app you agree to what's on this page. It is short on purpose.
What Noonish is
Noonish is a social alarm app. You subscribe to a public alarm, and your phone's alarm goes off at the same moment as everyone else who joined it. Alarms are scheduled on your device, so they ring whether or not you have a connection.
Who can use it
You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13. If you are under 18, use Noonish with a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
You do not need an account to subscribe to an alarm — the app signs you in anonymously so it can keep track of what you joined. Creating an alarm requires Sign in with Apple.
You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app, in Settings. That removal is real and it is permanent.
Alarms you create
Alarms you create are unlisted: reachable by link, never shown in the public feed unless we feature them. Once an alarm is created its time and details cannot be edited — cancel it and make a new one.
Do not create alarms with content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that impersonates someone. Do not use alarm names or descriptions to advertise or to spam. You are responsible for what you put in an alarm, and for the people you invite to it.
Reporting and moderation
Any alarm can be reported from inside the app. We review what gets reported and may unlist, cancel, or remove an alarm, or stop someone from using Noonish, if it breaks the rules above. We do not promise to review everything, or to review it quickly.
Alarms are not a guarantee
Please do not rely on Noonish for anything critical. It is an alarm app, and alarm apps fail: phones die, get silenced, run out of storage, or update themselves overnight; system permissions get revoked; software has bugs. If missing a moment would genuinely matter — a flight, medication, an exam — set a second alarm with something else too.
The app is provided as-is
Noonish is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular alarm will ring. To the extent the law allows, Numb LLC is not liable for anything you lose or miss through using it.
Some places do not allow those exclusions, in which case they simply do not apply to you.
Changes
We may change the app or these terms. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Noonish after that means you accept the new version.
Stopping
You can stop using Noonish at any time by deleting the app, and you can delete your data from Settings first. We can also stop providing Noonish, or end someone's access to it, if they break these terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Noonish will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and Numb LLC each consent to those courts. Nothing here takes away consumer-protection rights you have where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
